Appointments

Appointments are highly recommended in order to provide students with the shortest amount of wait time. You may make an appointment by calling 407.823.3850, or by stopping by the Health Center and scheduling with our appointments clerk. Email requests for appointments are not available at this time. Walk-in students will be assessed by a Nurse Facilitator to determine their need to be seen. These patients may be seen the same day on an availability basis, or scheduled for a return visit.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call the appointment line 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Students who fail to show for a scheduled appointment, or who do not provide advance notice of their cancellation will be assessed a “No-Show” fee.

Health Center Parking Spaces

The Health Center has 20 short-term parking spaces for patient use located in the C3 parking lot. UCF Parking Services heavily patrols the lot to ensure these designated spaces are only utilized by Health Center patients. Your vehicle must have both a valid UCF daily, semester, or yearly parking permit displayed, as well as a Health Center issued temporary dashboard pass to validate your authorized usage. If your vehicle is parked in one of these spaces without both permits displayed, you will be ticketed.

If you have an appointment, you will need to arrive approximately 20 to 30 minutes in advance to allow for all intake tasks, as well as the issuance and placement of a parking pass in your vehicle. Park in an open Health Center parking spot; walk to one of the Health Center Appointments / Reception windows, and inform our Appointments staff that you need a Health Center parking pass. When issued a pass, you must place the pass on your vehicle’s dashboard, and then return to the Health Center appropriate POD for your appointment. All Health Center parking passes have a 2 hour maximum limit; if your visit will extend past this mark, you will need to request a new pass, and display it in your vehicle.
