Payments
The health fee (included in your tuition) covers the cost of the office visit with our providers, while other services are provided at a reduced fee. Methods of payment for such fees include cash, check, debit card, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and the UCF Smart Card.
Student Accounts
Students also have the option of placing any charges incurred at the Health Center on their student account for later payment. You will have 14 days to pay this off. If a hold is placed on your account for unpaid fees please contact our Business Office at 407.823.4252 to make arrangements for payment.Insurance
Filing Insurance ClaimsThe only insurance plans that consider the UCF Health Center "in-network" are Aetna Student Health (the Student Health Insurance Plan), United Healthcare and BlueCross BlueShield PPO. However, if your insurance policy provides out-of-network coverage, our Business Office will file claims for services incurred at the Health Center, as a courtesy.
To file your claim, our Business Office must receive the following forms after the visit:
- Insurance Processing Agreement Form
- Legible copy of the front and back of the insurance card
